SYBASE TO OFFER SQL ANYWHERE FOR LINUX 
 
Sybase is developing a Linux version of its SQL Anywhere 
Studio database, which it plans to release during the 
first half of the year, a company spokeswoman said 
Monday. 
 
Sybase will offer a beta version of the product during 
the first quarter, according to Sybase spokeswoman 
Shirley Macbeth. Customers can sign up now at 
www.sybase.com/products/anywhere/linuxbeta  to receive 
a copy of the beta version when it is released. Pricing 
will be announced at a later date.
