Dear University Outreach Representative,

This is just a reminder that the Student Stipend Applications for
the OSDI'99 Conference, which will be held February 22-25, 1999, are 
due in this office by January 22.  The application can be found at:
<http://www.usenix.org/students/stipend.ann.html>.

We are also now accepting stipend applications for the 1st Conference 
on Network Administration, <http://www.usenix.org/events/neta99>, 
and the 1st Workshop on Intrusion Detection and Network Monitoring,
<http://www.usenix.org/events/detection99>.  We will be mailing you 
copies of the registration brochure for these events shortly.

Please encourage students to apply for USENIX Undergraduate Software 
Projects, Scholarships and Research Grants. Our next deadline is 
March 1, 1999.  Visit http://www.usenix.org/students for details.
