[Pgsql-ayuda] Manejador Administrativo

<P>Hola, necesito saber si existe algún manejador administrativo que sea gráfico y que corra en Windows XP, actualmente estoy utilizando la versión de PostreSQL Beta4 para Windows, claro que existe el PostreSQL Manager desarrollado por Microsoft pero cuesta!!!!.</P>
