</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:Symbol; color:windowtext"><span style="font:7.0pt 'Times New Roman'"></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">La institución se compromete a cumplir
con todo lo estipulado en los Lineamientos del Programa de apoyos para actividades científicas, tecnológicas y de innovación, y con lo establecido en el Convenio de Asignación de Recursos.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:Symbol; color:windowtext"><span style="font:7.0pt 'Times New Roman'"></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">Se tiene conocimiento de que deberá disponer
de una cuenta bancaria no productiva, a través de la cual se le canalizarán los recursos del apoyo. La cuenta deberá estar a nombre del “SUJETO DE APOYO” y será operada de manera mancomunada por el/la Responsable Técnico/a y el Responsable Administrativo/a.
Dicha cuenta se utilizará únicamente para administrar los recursos canalizados al proyecto, por lo que será necesario que la misma se encuentre acreditada ante el CONACYT mediante la notificación a través del/la Secretario/a Técnico/a, previo a la entrega
de los recursos. Los recursos deberán permanecer en la cuenta específica, por lo que no podrán transferirse a otras cuentas.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:Symbol; color:windowtext"><span style="font:7.0pt 'Times New Roman'"></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">Se tiene conocimiento de que el ejercicio
de gasto se realizará a partir de la firma del Convenio y a más tardar el 30 de noviembre de 2018.
</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:Symbol; color:windowtext"><span style="font:7.0pt 'Times New Roman'"></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">Se tiene conocimiento de que en caso de
que la Institución solicitante maneje cuentas concentradoras, deberá asignar una cuenta específica bancaria para el Proyecto, notificando por escrito de ello al CONACYT a través de la Secretaria Técnica, a fin de que se acredite la misma.
</span></li></ul>

<strong><span style="text-decoration:underline">Nota importante:</span></strong> En caso de que el proyecto considere recursos concurrentes y/o complementarios líquidos por parte del sujeto de apoyo, se deberán depositar en la misma cuenta bancaria definida
para la recepción de los recursos aportados por CONACYT y aplicarse en los rubros comprometidos de conformidad con las cantidades y conceptos aprobados.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin:0px"><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext"> </span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin:0px"><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">La CSGCA</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">, elaborará la carta institucional
y la entregará al solicitante, vía mensaje electrónico, debidamente firmada por el Coordinador de la Investigación Científica, en su carácter de Representante Legal ante el CONACYT, el Responsable Técnico deberá atender el siguiente procedimiento:</span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify; margin:0px"><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext"> </span></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext"><span style="font:7.0pt 'Times New Roman'"></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">La carta institucional
con la solicitud de la clave de acceso, debe enviarla vía mensaje electrónico al Lic. Eduardo Vidal Luna, Promotor de Tecnología del CONACYT (<a href="mailto:evlunav@conacyt.mx" target="_blank"><span style="color:windowtext; text-decoration:none">evlunav@conacyt.mx</span></a>),
quien dará respuesta a este mensaje, indicando que la clave esta activada.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext"><span style="font:7.0pt 'Times New Roman'"></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">Con la clave de acceso
activada, el Responsable Técnico podrá ingresar al sistema, para llenar y requisitar el formato electrónico del CONACYT, asimismo deberá integrar la Carta Institucional y documentos que estime pertinentes para ser considerados por el Evaluador.
</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext"><span style="font:7.0pt 'Times New Roman'"></span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt; font-family:'Times New Roman','serif'; color:windowtext">Una vez completamente
requisitada la solicitud, debe enviarse a través del sistema de Fondos del CONACYT; posteriormente, el investigador responsable deberá entregar en esta CSGCA-CIC una copia impresa del formato electrónico del proyecto y los documentos adjuntos, acompañada de
un oficio dirigido a la Quim. Gloria Georgina Lira Ortega, Coordinadora de Servicios de Gestión y Cooperación Académica, suscrita por el Titular de la Entidad Académica, para integrarlos a su expediente.</span></li></ol>
