b. Fundado por una persona joven (edades 15-30 años) que exhiba una mentalidad creativa, habilidades y ser transformador;<br>
c. cuenta con un público objetivo claro, con objetivos bien planificados, horizonte de tiempo estructurado y resultados del proyecto esperados;<br>
d. El proyecto o idea debe tener una edad de al menos 18 meses (fase ejecutiva y operacional) y que hayan superado las barreras iniciales relacionadas con la administración del proyecto y la viabilidad futura. Los proyectos de menos de 18 meses (que se encuentran por
ejemplo, en la fase de diseño) serán consideradas para aparecer en la sección Ideas del Informe. </span></font></p>
