En el ámbito empresarial, contribuye a la creación de una imagen institucional positiva, mejora la actitud del capital humano hacia la obtención de resultados, y transmite la importancia de la actividad que realiza cada integrante. Esta investigación se llevó a cabo en la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, Campus Cadereyta, específicamente en la Facultad de Contaduría y Administración. Involucró a 18 docentes y administrativos. El objetivo fue determinar si la comunicación asertiva era esencial para el desempeño de una organización, en este caso, una Institución de Educación Superior. O, si por el contrario, no tenía influencia alguna. Se elaboró un cuestionario compuesto por 15 preguntas, las cuales se centraron en tres variables de estudio. Estas variables emergieron como resultado de una investigación preliminar, durante la cual se realizó, a su vez, un análisis del marco teórico y conceptual de la investigación. Se obtuvo como resultado de la encuesta una fuerte creencia en la importancia de la coherencia entre los aspectos visuales, verbales y vocales para lograr una efectiva comunicación asertiva.</span></span></span></p>
