mso-ansi-language:ES">Los abajo suscritos, profesores de la Carrera de
Psicología, deseamos expresarle nuestra más profunda preocupación por la serie de
acontecimientos que en los últimos meses se vienen dando en la relación con
nuestras autoridades. Tales situaciones afectan la sana convivencia que debe
privar entre la comunidad académica de nuestra Facultad y repercuten en su
desempeño.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:18.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:
150%"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Georgia;
mso-ansi-language:ES"> La gran
mayoría de la planta docente en Psicología tiene una antigüedad de varias
décadas en la Universidad; en ese largo ciclo hemos visto pasar a Directores y
Jefes de Carrera con muy diversos estilos de trabajo. Con cada uno hemos
tratado de colaborar con compromiso y buena fe para el desarrollo de las
actividades académicas de nuestra Facultad. En los últimos tiempos, muchos hemos
sido tratados por las autoridades de la Facultad con prepotencia, hostilidad y
menosprecio; ello se traduce en un clima laboral de intimidación y amenaza,
nada propicio para el buen desarrollo del trabajo académico de la institución.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:18.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:
150%"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Georgia;
mso-ansi-language:ES"> Nos
parece injusto e inaceptable, el ser juzgados con ligereza en cuanto a nuestro
quehacer académico<a name="_GoBack"></a>, cuando nuestro trabajo diario da
cuenta del compromiso del sector docente con la formación de nuevos profesionales,
el servicio a la comunidad y el desarrollo de la investigación.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:18.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:
150%"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Georgia;
mso-ansi-language:ES"> En el penoso
caso donde se vio involucrada la Dra. Milagros Damián —en circunstancias por
todos conocidas—, el asunto logró resolverse de forma que no afectase la
condición laboral de la citada académica. Aunque la resolución administrativa
no deja del todo satisfecha la demanda de reivindicación que la comunidad de
Psicología le hizo llegar en su momento, apreciamos la muestra de sensibilidad
de la autoridad —por Usted representada— para escuchar la opinión de la
comunidad académica en torno de una de sus integrantes, altamente apreciada por
su limpia y destacada trayectoria académica en nuestra Universidad.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:18.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:
150%"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Georgia;
mso-ansi-language:ES"> Reiteramos
que situaciones como la antes expuesta no pueden volver a repetirse, en tanto
dañan el respeto que, entre sí, se deben los miembros de la comunidad
universitaria, tal como lo define nuestra legislación vigente. Ya que tenemos
la firme convicción de que los universitarios somos capaces de dirimir entre
nosotros cualquier situación de conflicto, sin necesidad de involucrar instancias
externas a la institución.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:18.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:
150%"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Georgia;
mso-ansi-language:ES"> La relación
entre universitarios sólo requiere ajustarse a las siguientes bases: a) el
diálogo respetuoso, y b) la tolerancia a las posturas disidentes. Estas
directrices son la esencia misma de la convivencia universitaria.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:18.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:
150%"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Georgia;
mso-ansi-language:ES"> Resulta indispensable
recuperar el sentido dialógico de la universidad, la disposición de respetar
las ideas de otros, el trabajo orientado a la discusión y la confrontación de
ideas, el acercamiento al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje con vocación de
servicio y la decisión de abstenerse de cualquier intento de imposición
autoritaria. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:18.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height:
150%"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:Georgia;
mso-ansi-language:ES"> En el
ánimo de construir las bases de una sana interacción entre la planta docente y
nuestras autoridades, creemos necesario y urgente que se establezcan una serie
de compromisos que incluyan:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

ES">2. Una manifestación de Usted como Directora, respecto a que no se
utilizarán mecanismos autoritarios para la “resolución” de los asuntos referentes
a la comunidad académica.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
