de la comunidad nacional e internacional un espacio de divulgación científica de alto nivel, de producción anual, de amplia visión, en tanto incorporará publicaciones ligadas al conocimiento básico de las ciencias marinas, pero también sobre todos aquellos
elementos de naturaleza científica, directamente ligados con los conflictos de manejo de los recursos marinos y costeros, a nivel nacional e internacional.</span><span style="font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 9.5pt;"></span></p>
