Hola.
No revise tu script a fondo, pero lo primero que veo es que la ruta
especificada en la linea "shebang" hacia el interprete de Perl es
incorrecta:
#!/urs/bin/perl (debe ser #!/usr/bin/perl)
Prueba corrigiendo eso.
