[Pgsql-ayuda] pgaccess

Me gustaria poder usra esta herramienta. He compilado el postgres 7.1 con la 
opcion de "--with-tcl", tengo instalado tcl-tk pero cuando trato de 
ejecutarlo me manda el siguiente error:

$ pgaccess
Xlib: connection to ":0.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
