[Pgsql-ayuda] template1 bloqueada

Alguna vez pregunte esto en la lista de pgsql-general y no tuve respuesta.=

Cuando uno esta conectado, por ejemplo con un psql, a la tabla template1, n=
o=20
puede usar el comando CREATE TABLE:

Ahi va el mensaje de error:

Cannot create PostgreSQL database...  This shouldn't have happened.=20
Maybe a problem in your PostgreSQL configuration?=20
Please report a bug to the Debian bug tracking system=20
Please include the following output:=20
createdb's STDOUT:=20
createdb's STDERR:=20
ERROR:  CREATE DATABASE: source database "template1" is being accessed by=20
other users=20
createdb: database creation failed

Alguna idea de porque pasa esto?
