[Pgsql-ayuda] Mensajes en español

Ahora intente instala mi postres a partir del código y
funciona muy bien, pero no puedo hacer que me mande
los mensajes en español.

version: 7.4.1
Sistema operativo: Linux kernel 2.4.22 (fedora)
configure: ./configure --enable-nls='es en'
--with-perl --with-python

en postgresql.conf:
lc_messages = 'es_MX'           # locale for system
error message strings
lc_monetary = 'es_MX'           # locale for monetary
formatting
lc_numeric = 'es_MX'            # locale for number
formatting
lc_time = 'es_MX'                       # locale for
time formatting
